Anti-corrosion structure:
Outer layer: composed of three layers, the first layer is epoxy powder (FBE>100um), which has good anti-corrosion performance and can effectively prevent the surface of the steel pipe from being corroded .
Intermediate layer: it is adhesive (AD), the thickness of which is usually in the range of 170-250um, which plays the role of connecting the epoxy powder layer and the polyethylene layer to make the three-layer structure more closely combined.
Inner layer: polyethylene (PE), thickness of 1.8-3.7mm, with good resistance to water and gas permeability and mechanical properties, can protect the steel pipe from the erosion of the external environment.

Specific construction process of 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe
I. Surface pretreatment
Degreasing: Remove grease and dirt from the surface of steel pipe.
Inspection: Check the surface condition of steel pipe and record the relevant information, and deal with the unqualified steel pipe separately.
Preheating: Heat the steel pipe to 40~60℃.
Shot Peening and Descaling: Make the surface cleanness of steel pipe reach Sa2.5 standard.
Surface inspection: Check the quality, cleanliness and depth of anchor grain of the descaled steel pipe, and return the unqualified steel pipe for treatment.
Vacuuming inside the pipe: Remove steel shot and dust inside the pipe.
Pipe end reservation: apply coating after sticking paper, and cut off the reserved section manually after completion.
Second, steel pipe surface coating
Dust removal: Remove the tiny dust on the surface of the pipe after rust removal.
Medium-frequency induction heating: Heat the pipe body to the required temperature.
Epoxy powder spraying: evenly spray epoxy powder on the surface of steel pipe and gelatinization.
Side-wrapped copolymer primer: Wrap copolymer adhesive on the gelatinized powder layer.
Side-wrapped polyethylene tape: Wrap polyethylene tape on the powder and copolymer adhesive layer.
Water cooling: Cooling and hardening of the coated steel pipe.
Pipe end treatment: Remove the anticorrosion layer from the reserved part of the pipe end and form chamfer.
Anti-corrosion pipe testing: test the quality of anti-corrosion pipe and record the information, unqualified pipe for disposal.
Repair of external anti-corrosion layer: repair the anti-corrosion layer according to the standard.
Marking of finished external anticorrosive pipe: spray the mark on the end of the pipe and stack it.
Third, patch construction
Pipe opening cleaning: clean up oil and other impurities on the weld opening and anti-corrosion layer on both sides, and polish the weld seam and nearby defects.
Surface treatment of nozzle: sandblast rust removal up to Sa2 level, anchor depth of 50-70μm, repair defects in the anti-corrosion layer and polish the lap part.
Pipe preheating: preheat the bare metal surface to 60~80℃.
Primer application: Prepare primer and apply 2~3 times.
Installation of heat-shrinkable tape: Wrap the pipe mouth, lap and compact the fixed piece, bake the heat-shrinkable tape to make it shrink.
Appearance Inspection: Make sure the patch is smooth and flat, and fit tightly.
Peeling Strength Test: Test 24h after the completion of patching, and return to repair if it fails.
