We explained the raw material sourcing (steel from renowned manufacturers such as Baotou Steel and Laiwu Steel) and the production process. We use CNC equipment to ensure critical dimensions are precise, and we promised to share measurement drawings of these critical dimensions with the client, allowing them to stay informed of the project’s production progress.
Once the workshop began operations according to the established procedures, every step, from forging to cutting and polishing, was carried out to standard standards. During the measurement phase, our technicians used vernier calipers to meticulously measure the flange’s outer diameter, thickness, and bolt hole locations to ensure minimal error.
For example, for this batch of 300-pound, 1.5-inch blind flanges, critical dimensions were repeatedly checked, resulting in exceptionally accurate values that fully met the client’s requirements.
