Serbian Customer Visits YANHAO Company
In September 2025, YANHAO Company hosted a customer from Serbia. We would like to share the details of this exchange and welcome further partners to visit and inspect the company.
On September 20th, the Serbian customer arrived at our company. We presented them with a scroll painting of the Great Wall, expressing our hope for a strong and lasting partnership.
Customer Visit Details
First, the customer toured the production workshop. A variety of flange and pipe fittings, including elbows and tees, were displayed, encompassing both semi-finished and finished products. The customer carefully examined the product displays and engaged in in-depth discussions with on-site technicians on technical issues such as material selection and production processes. While viewing the large pipe fittings, the customer paused to take photos and expressed appreciation for the uniformity and craftsmanship of the factory’s products.
The customer focused on the company’s production scale and capacity. After viewing the advanced production equipment and standardized processes, the customer expressed confidence in our company’s ability to complete orders on time and with quality.
After the visit, the two parties held discussions in the conference room. Participants engaged in a comprehensive discussion covering topics such as product details, partnership models, delivery cycles, and after-sales support.
In addition, we arranged for the customer to visit the port and experience a sea trip. As a landlocked customer, this sea trip allowed them to inspect the product and enhance mutual understanding. The customer stated that the trip not only deepened their understanding of flanges and pipe fittings but also provided a unique experience.
